  • By submitting this form you agree to the following:

    1. If the change is not completed as approved, the Board of Directors (or their designee) may require the change to be corrected or removed at the unit owner’s expense, including legal expenses if incurred.

    2. The unit owner will advise all contractors that Medinah common element areas are not to be used for staging or storage of construction materials. Contractors are responsible for thorough cleanup of common/limited common elements, including driveways, sidewalks and streets.

    3. The unit owner is responsible for cleaning up and repairing any damage to common/limited common elements as a result of construction or contractor negligence.

    4. The unit owner must comply with all applicable Virginia and Loudoun County building codes and obtain all required permits.

    5. Always use licensed, bonded and insured contractors.
